Our low impact water fitness class is a senior-geared class that helps to develop and maintain flexibility and basic movement by using the water to improve overall total body strength and endurance, with emphasis on improving the stability and functional strength of the core.
Are you looking to get into shape but hate to sweat and have joints that cannot handle lots of hard impact? Then do we have a program for you! Working out in the water helps reduce the impact on your joints by adding buoyancy to your body. Our water fitness classes will help get you in shape by developing your cardiovascular and muscle strength, as well as your flexibility through a large variety of moves.
Aqua Zumba®️ is perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine, Aqua Zumba®️ blends the Zumba®️ philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss!
Lifeguards In Training (LIT) is a volunteer program for youths aged 12 to 15 years who are interested in becoming a lifeguard/swim instructor.
