Swim for Life Policy

Booking Policy

Patrons are allowed to register for any program up to the day that it starts. After the first day, patrons are still allowed to register, however, there will be no discount and there will not be any additional days scheduled for those who register late.

Cancellation Policy

  • No refund will be issued if it is less than one week prior to the start date of the lesson set (unless it’s due to a medical reason or a cancellation made by the facility).
  • Medical withdrawal is allowed with a medical note.
  • Refunds can be issued if it is more than a week prior, minus the administration fee
  • Transfers can be made up to one week prior to the start of the lesson set, minus the administration fee

Private lessons follow the Swim for Life booking and cancellation policies.

Pool Rentals/Community Room Rentals

Booking Policy

  • Allowed to book a pool rental at any point, pending availability.
  • Pool rentals are paid for in full at the time of booking.
  • A $35.00 cleaning fee will be charged if the Community Room is not cleaned up after use.

Cancellation Policy

  • No refund will be issued for a cancellation if it is less than two weeks prior to the pool rental start date and time.
  • No modifications to the pool rental will be allowed within one week prior to the pool rental start date and time.
  • A refund minus the administration fee will be issued if the cancellation is 14 days before the pool rental.

Memberships

Purchase Policy

  • 10 use passes never expire.
  • Allowed to freeze 6 month or yearly passes (30 days minimum, two months maximum) if the pass will not be in use due to a medical reason or vacation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Non-transferable (unless the membership holder passes away).
  • Non-refundable (exceptions made with proof of a medical reason).

Drop-In Fitness Classes

Booking Policy

All fitness classes are drop-in and not a registered program.

Refund Policy

A drop-in coupon will be issued if the pool is not available due to contamination.
