Overview
The SDAB is a trained quasi-judicial body that reviews primarily development decisions, subdivision decisions, or stop orders following an appeal. The SDAB holds a public hearing within 30 days after receipt of a notice of appeal for:
- A decision of the Subdivision Authority or Development Authority
- A refusal or failure by the Subdivision Authority or Development Authority to make a decision within the time allowed for a decision established in the Act
- A stop order issued by the Development Authority
