Development Permits Documents

Documents pertaining to Development Permits may be reviewed (subject to FOIP) at the City Hall during regular business hours. City Hall is located at:

Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm


Anyone claiming to be affected by the approval of the Permitted Uses with Variances, or Discretionary Uses may submit an objection within 21 days from the date of posting the decision. The appeal must be in writing, with a fee of $250; $200 of the appeal fee shall be refunded should the appellant be successful in their appeal, appeals must be directed to:
