Matt Span has been a committed resident of Lacombe since 2007, when he and his wife, Vanessa, chose the community as the place to raise their growing family of seven children. Deeply family-oriented, they enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and travelling across Canada and the United States in their motorhome. Councillor Span is also an enthusiastic supporter of youth sports, coaching his son’s U17 hockey team and volunteering with Ponoka Rec Hockey.
