Councillor Justin de Bresser has proudly called Lacombe home since 2018, where he lives with his wife and two children. He brings more than 13 years of municipal government experience, much of which has been in senior leadership roles. He holds a Business degree with a major in Accounting and earned his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in 2015.
With a strong background in municipal operations and financial management, Councillor de Bresser is committed to contributing practical solutions and fresh perspectives to council discussions. He places a high value on transparency and collaboration, and he actively encourages public input to help ensure council decisions reflect the community’s priorities.
