The 2020 Year in Review is a publication designed to highlight key municipal projects, initiatives and decisions by the City of Lacombe over the course of the previous year.
"Lacombe City Council is pleased to see the Year in Review publication released to the public. Despite the pandemic, business continued at the City of Lacombe, and there are certainly many initiatives that should be recognized and celebrated," Mayor Grant Creasey said. "On behalf of Council, I would like to thank City administration and our partnering organizations for continuing to deliver the services our citizens value and expect."
This year's publication, like in the past, provides a glimpse into the many projects carried out by City departments, along with the external agencies the City works closely alongside.
Additionally, this version has been completely redesigned to provide a higher level of clarity to Lacombe residents.
Departments and projects highlighted within the document include:
• Lacombe City Council
• Community Services
• Planning and Operations
• Corporate Services
• Budget summaries
• Emergency Services
• External agencies including Lacombe FCSS, Echo Lacombe and the Mary C. Moore Public Library
