This annual fundraiser was established to create an awareness of the "Lacombe Arts Endowment Fund". Perspective patrons and benefactors are invited to participate in growing the endowment either through personal or corporate tax-deductible donations. Interest generated from the endowment capital will provide opportunities to support arts and culture in the community in perpetuity. 2008 was a first for the Arts Endowment Fund in that the committee awarded its first grant of $1200 to Scott Tronnes to further his education in video film. Scott used his funds this summer at Red Deer College/ The Arts Endowment Committee wishes to thank our many supporters who have helped to grow this Endowment grow of the years. 2009 Gala date is November 7th. Tickets will be available mid-September, call (403)782-1266 for information.
