Documents pertaining to development permits may be inspected at the City Hall at  5432 - 56 Avenue during regular business hours. 

Anyone claiming to be affected by the approval of the Permitted Uses with Variances or Discretionary Uses may submit an objection within 14 days from the date of notice.  The appeal must be in writing, with a fee of $250; $200 of the appeal fee shall be refunded should the appellant be successful in their appeal, and be directed to:
